  My wife and I went in to Art Van in November to purchase a reclining couch and recliner. We were told that it would take 12 weeks to come in. We were later notified that it would take 14-16 weeks to arrive. After 12 weeks, Art Van called said that they had mistakenly ordered a power recliner instead of the manual recliner we purchased and we would have to wait another 18 weeks to get. I called the store to see how they were going to make this situation right for having to wait another 130+ days to receive the furniture we ordered because of their mistake. After numerous phone calls and two unpleasant phone conversations with Deb, the owner, Art Van was willing to reduce our total bill by $65. Never have I experienced such disregard for customer satisfaction. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ART VAN AGAIN

  We recently purchased a box spring with the help of Jake Airgood and had a wonderful experience. He was very helpful with the phone purchase as well as helping us set up the delivery. This is especially important since we live out of state and ordered the box spring for our college student. We can’t thank him enough for going out of his way to make sure the delivery worked around our sons schedule.
