  Do not shop here if there is any chance you'll want to return your purchase. They will not give refunds for any reason. My daughter paid $30 for an item yesterday that she brought home to show me. It was completely inappropriate so I went to the store today to return it. I was told that they don't do refunds, only store credit or an exchange. Then they told me that they were out of the store credit cards so they could only do an exchange. I was outraged. I have never encountered a store in a mall that would not issue a refund the day after a purchase. I will never allow my daughter to shop here again.

  It's forever 21, cute clothes, decent prices, nice music playing. On the other hand, when I entered the store, I was cut with eyes sharp as a shining sword. I felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to jump out of my skin like a snake. I kept on looking up and noticing mean, judgmental looks. My boyfriend even pushed me to get out of the store because he too felt irked to his core. Based off the comments I have read, I am not surprised, but I am saddened. Bless the heart of the woman wanting plus sized clothing and getting shamed.
