  No too busy. There was several checkouts open. They had what I was looking for. Good visit. Coralville store seems better managed than our Muscatine store.

  Went for an oil change and headlamp replacement, just the low beams. They were not terribly busy but it still took an hour. Although it was specified that only the low beams were to be replaced they did all four bulbs. They did take the charge off bit then I couldn't pay because their card readers stopped working so I had to go up front and they had no idea how to do it. Atfer calling to the auto Dept they mischarged me for the headlamp replacement which straightening out a second time. I can't recommend the service there.

  The door greeters are mostly polite. The bathrooms could use a more frequent cleaning as hygeine is a rather pressing issue where many people are present. I have seen a great deal of improvements in the organization and security of this store which not only helps the sales but it helps the customers.
